Accept Privacy Consent

Live Ops requires a one-time privacy consent because it shares your approximate in-game location with other players. This is required for the location matching features.

Choose Provider or Requester

Providers go online with a service type and location. Requesters browse available providers. You can switch between roles at any time.

Hail and Respond

Requesters send hails with service type, description, location, payout, and urgency. Providers have a 2-minute window to accept or decline.

Complete and Rate

Track the service through Accept, On Route, Arrived, and Completed. After completion, both parties rate the interaction to build reputation.

What's the consent requirement?

Live Ops requires a one-time privacy consent because it shares your approximate in-game location with other players. This enables the location-based matching features. You can revoke consent at any time from settings.

Can I be both a provider and requester?

Yes. You can go online as a service provider while also browsing and sending hails to other providers for different service types.

What are the three urgency levels?

Normal is for standard requests with no time pressure. Urgent is for time-sensitive situations where you need help soon. Emergency is for immediate needs and is displayed more prominently to providers.

How do ratings work?

After a service is completed, both the provider and requester can rate the interaction from 1 to 5 stars. Ratings contribute to your overall reputation score visible on your profile and in Live Ops listings.

What happens if a provider doesn't respond?

If a provider doesn't respond within the 2-minute window, the hail expires and you can send a new one to a different provider. The non-responsive provider remains online unless their heartbeat expires.
